Sad Moment in my life....

It is the story when I was in a college.I was stydying in second year of Bsc.(computer science.)I was enjoying my college life and all.That time I was at my native place.

I remember,it was month of october.And the processs of cutting rice-crops was going on in our farm.Once In the evening,on of our worker came and he gave a baby rabbit to my mother,because people used to eat rabbit's meat,so he wanted to save it.My mother took that rabbit and asked me to take care of it.I took that rabbit from her and started to observe it.
It was a gray rabbit as same as a small sqirrel,had very soft skin. It was very frightened as it was missed out by its mother.Then I handled it with care.Myself and brothers prepared a small cage for it made up with soft wood and leaves.We put it in a cage.We used to feed it with milk,small carrots,soft grass etc.We used to play with it.

I remember,for 4-5 days that rabbit was at our house. Nextly what happened,that time we had 2 dogs at our home,One of them was very crazy about small animals as such rabbit.So we tried to keep away the rabbit from the dogs.

But One Day,My younger brother was playing with the rabbit,it was running here and there,and finally it came out of the house.Our cruel dog saw it and ran to catch it.The dog catched that rabbit and finished it.We were totally shocked by that incidence.I was very cried at that time ,but no use of that.My little friend could not come.

Really,It was the saddest moment of my life!
I will never forget this throghout my life.
